Review by hotel critic
During my recent culinary escape at Hotel D'Amato, I was struck by the innovative menu that celebrates local authenticity. Each day began with a delightful continental breakfast, where the aroma of freshly baked pastries filled the air, complemented by robust coffee and warm croissants-a perfect precursor to the culinary adventure ahead. At dinner, the restaurant showcased a mix of international delicacies alongside genuine local dishes featuring fresh fish from the Adriatic. Sampling the three-course offerings became a favorite ritual; each dish vividly highlighted the hotel's commitment to using seasonal produce. I still reminisce about the vibrant vegetable, fruit, and dessert buffet, which offered a tantalizing end to the meals. While the ambiance was cozy, the intimate connections formed with the staff transformed my dining experience into something cherished. I hope to return to this hidden gem on my next culinary voyage.
